We uncover the actual problem behind the request. What are you trying to achieve? Who are you serving? What is not working today? What should the digital solution improve?
DIRECTION
We establish structure, user experience, visual direction, features, requirements and scope, so nothing is built on assumptions.
ELEVATION
Your vision remains the foundation. My job is to help elevate it, taking your standards, taste, look and feel and shaping them into a stronger digital experience.
DESIGN
The structure and experience are designed before a single production feature is developed, so we agree on the outcome before the build begins.
DEVELOPMENT
The agreed digital solution is built, with progress shared along the way so there are no surprises at handover.
TEST & REFINE
Responsiveness, functionality, user experience, forms, integrations, navigation and performance are tested, then refined.
