Clients whose websites or systems I developed receive preferential, discounted rates for ongoing support and maintenance.
Support and maintenance are separate from the initial development scope unless specifically included in your project quotation. Support is offered on a per-request basis. This is not an unlimited support arrangement.
Larger changes, new features or additional functionality are quoted separately as new work.
